Beta Theta Pi believes that college men should be recognized for their success and for their desire to achieve. In fact, for more than 165 years, the Fraternity has been in the business of building men of principle. Beta strives to provide strong relationships as well as leadership opportunities and personal development. For many members, these skills have transferred to professional life. You have probably heard of some of them... Wal-Mart Founder Sam Walton, Coaching Great John Wooden, Retail Guru Bruce Nordstrom and Senator Richard Lugar, to name a few.
In hopes of providing these same opportunities to you, Beta Theta Pi offers scholarships. We seek men who demonstrate devotion to academic achievement and a commitment to making both the college and community better places to live. Most importantly, we seek men who desire to develop skills that will help them become successful in college, but will also carry over to their professional and personal lives thereafter.
Our chapter of Beta Theta Pi at Cal Poly offers up to $1000 in scholarship to men that we feel demonstrate our principles and display outstanding scholastic achievement. Reach out to our scholarship chairman for more information.
